To check shipping rates, kindly go to “Shipping” to check the rates for each country.

Lead time is 10-25 days Via postal delivery.

Kindly expect delays due to the current situation/ few flights.

(Note: We ship out  all packages every WEDNESDAY)

Tracking number and Links will be sent via E-mail.

Please make sure to put your correct details while filling up your order form.

  1.  Courier

    Moderno Official is partnered with several couriers. Please take note that we use the available courier every batch shipping to provide the fastest possible delivery. 

      Shipping Fees are as Follows:

Metro Manila: P100

Provincial P170

Cash on Delivery +40

International (Express & Postal)

Kindly message us your location for us to check the rates or place an order.

2. Local Pick Up

    If you want same day delivery, you can book on your own using  Grab or Lalamove. We are open for Pick Ups everyday from 8am-5pm only. Booking and Delivery fee will be in care of Buyer. COD is currently unavailable due to pandemic.

Our Location: Pasig city.

Ship out is different from delivery. Shipping out is the process of handling over your packages to the assigned courier. Once it has been shipped out and is with the courier already, it will be scheduled for delivery.

LOCAL PICK UP/ SAME DAY DELIVERY

You can book your own rider/ grab/ lalamove between 8am-5pm only.

Our location is in Pasig city. Complete booking details will be sent once you have placed your order. You may also inquire first via IG DM/ E-mail.

METRO MANILA

If the item is on available in stock and the order has been made before 4pm, ship out will be the next day. Orders made after 4pm will automatically ship out after 2 days.

CUT OFF FOR NEXT DAY SHIP OUT: 4pm

PROVINCIAL

If the item is in stock, and the order has been made before 12 pm, ship out will be the same day. Orders made after 12 pm will automatically ship out the next day.

CUT OFF FOR SAME DAY SHIP OUT: 12 pm

BACK ORDERS

If the item that you have ordered is for back order, expect your package to be shipped out more or less 7 days.

Yes,  shipping to Metro Manila and Provincial comes with a P40 additional handling fee.

COD is also unavailable for Local Pick-Up (Grab/ Lalamove) due to pandemic.

Yes, we only reserve within 12 hours. Unpaid orders will automatically be forfeited.

Cancellation of orders once it has been shipped will be equivalent to a cancellation fee which is half of the amount or 50% of the shipping fee for the cancelled order.

Moderno Official does not accept bulk orders and resellers. This is to secure both the quality of the Sunglasses including the packaging and also the quality of service that we give. You may Shop exclusively on our website.

Delivery Lead time within Metro Manila is more or less  2-4 days excluding Sundays.

Note that we cannot provide the exact date and time for your delivery to arrive as there are some factors that can cause delay such as, the driver cannot contact you, your address is incomplete, you have submitted a wrong number, your area is unserviceable due to quarantine restrictions or flood, or the rider arrived later than usual. We will contact you through DM/ E-mail if we need more informations  for delivering your package. Also remember that there are no Sunday & Holiday deliveries.  To avoid delays, make sure to provide your complete address on your order form and your active contact number especially for COD.

For COD Orders,  most of the time our  riders will call you first before delivering your item. Make sure to provide an active contact number or an alternative contact number. Rest assured we will try to deliver your package as soon as we can.  You will be contacted and updated if there are problems with your deliveries.

*Changing of address 1 day after you change your order will result to another shipping fee.

We have several partner couriers for Provincial deliveries. This is to make sure they can pick up and deliver as soon as they can.

Usually the lead days for Provincial deliveries are more or less 3-8 days depending on your location. We will be sending your tracking numbers via instagram DM so you can track your orders.

Sale items are being sold at a much lower price due to several reasons, it might be an overrun
(has a slight damage), it is an old stock, no restocking. Please manage your expectations when
buying a sale item. Sale items cannot be returned and non-refundable. If you wish to order a
better quality, kindly check the latest designs/ Sunglasses that are not on sale.

Don’t forget to carefully read our terms and conditions before agreeing and proceeding with the payment.

When ordering you are required to put your username, Kindly make sure to put the correct username because we DM/ E-mail your tracking numbers together with the link where you can track it.

*No Tracking number for Metro Manila deliveries, we try to deliver them as soon as we can.*

As soon as you place your paid order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Most of the time we ship out the next day after you placed your order online. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!).

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS once the package has been packed and waybill has been printed. Violators will be automatically blocked by our system on their future orders.

However if you haven’t paid for it, you should wait for 12 hours and it will automatically be cancelled by our system.

 

Changing of address for Metro Manila clients:

To change your address, kindly e-mail us within the day about your new address on info.modernoofficial@gmail.com.

If you want to change your address 1 day after your order has been placed, additional shipping fee will be charged .

Sorry! As mentioned on our Terms and conditions, we only reserve your orders 12 hours. Unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled by our website system.

UNFORTUNATELY, RETURNS  ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DURING THA PANDEMIC.

Return and refund requests may be rejected when the request is non-complaint with the policy.

Please take note that the following are invalid return/refund reasons:

1. Change of mind: The buyer suddenly decides they don’t want/need the item received.

2. The product received does not meet the buyer expectations, but is exactly as described on the product page: The buyer FAILED to read the product description/ FAQs/ Terms & Conditions and is disappointed with the item. Returns for non-damaged items are strictly  unavailable for hygienic purposes.

Exchange requests will only be applicable if and only when the product you received is a different style from what you originally ordered.

Don’t forget to carefully read our terms and conditions before agreeing and proceeding with the payment.

Yes, however, discount code from games from our website can only be applied once per transaction/ orders. If you have a lot, you may use it on your succeeding orders.

 

If you have been given a personal discount code, remember to use it as soon as possible as they only have limited time.
