CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Moderno Official only reserves orders within 12 hours whether it is paid or COD service. Cancellation of orders after 12 hours will be equivalent to a cancellation fee which is half of the amount or 50% of the shipping fee for the cancelled order.
SALE ITEMS
Customers can Refund or exchange the damaged item/s (apart from sale item/s). Sale items are being sold at a much lower price due to several reasons, it might be an
overrun (has a slight damage), it is an old stock, no restocking. Please manage your
expectations when buying a sale item. Sale items cannot be returned and non-
refundable. If you wish to order a better quality, kindly check the latest designs/
Sunglasses that are not on sale. Some of our designs are customized and handmade which means it is normal to see minimal flaws on lens
NO RESELLERS
Moderno Official does not accept bulk orders and resellers. This is to secure both the
quality of the Sunglasses including the packaging and also the quality of service that we
give. You may Shop exclusively on our website.
DELIVERY
Lead time for orders within Metro Manila is 2-5 days | Provincial is more or less 3-8 days. There are some factors that can cause delay such as, the driver cannot contact you, your address is incomplete, you have submitted a wrong number, your area is unserviceable due to quarantine restrictions or flood, or the rider arrived later than usual. Rest assured that your orders will be delivered the next day. Also
remember that there are no Sunday deliveries. You will be contacted if there are problems with your delivery.
No rushing of orders. For Metro Manila, the riders don’t have exact time for the delivery
since they are also delivering items for other customers in different areas. Traffic and
Community quarantine restrictions can also cause delay for the delivery. Kindly expect
the item within the day or the next day. You will be contacted if there are problems with your delivery.
Due to pandemic-related restrictions, Delivery time depends on available courier.

For Local Pick- Up, we are open from 8am-5pm. Location is in Pasig city. COD is unavailable for this shipping method. Booking and Delivery Fee will be shouldered and will be in care of buyer. Send us your screenshot of payment on instagram once paid then you will receive our details for booking (PIN, Contact #, Person etc.)
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Kindly make sure to double check and write your complete address before proceeding with the payment. Delivery rider will only have 2 attempts to delivery your package. If these 2 attempts are already used, you will be charged already for another shipping fee (100%).
REFUNDS
To reiterate, Sale items cannot be returned and non-
refundable. If you wish to order a better quality, kindly check the latest designs/
Sunglasses that are not on sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Based on the T& C with the couriers, both local and
International, once the service has been done, payment is non-refundable already. If you are familiar with the quarantine restrictions in your area, kindly notify us on instagram DM or e-mail.
Photo of the glasses will be sent to you via IG DM or E-mail before shipping out this
is to give you an idea what we have packed. If you receive a photo from us with a
complete product and receive a damaged item due to shipping, unfortunately they are
non-refundable and non-replaceable. We are no longer responsible for the items once it has been shipped out to the courier.
Damages caused by the shipping/ courier are NON-REFUNDABLE (including the
shipping fee) and the sunglasses NON-REPLACEABLE. This is the reason why
sometimes, we let our customers choose if they would rather book their own courier or
use the courier that we know and why we take a photo first before sending it to the
customers. Also, We do our best to pack your glasses with a box and bubble wraps to
avoid circumstances like these.
If you receive a missing or wrong item, we can exchange them to the right orders and
shipping fee will be fully covered by us same with receiving an incomplete order.
ALL REFUNDED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN FULL PACKAGING.
PRICES for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
NO ASKING OF DISCOUNTS All sales are finals. No asking of discounts when buying 5 or more mix products. We highly discourage hoarding of items (ex: 10 pieces for 1 design).
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURN ITEMS are non-refundable.

YOU AGREE not to duplicate, repost, re-copy photos on our instagram and website without crediting MODERNÃ’ Official. If you are to repost our photos, we, the brand and the models, have the right to be tagged and mentioned as the owners of the particular poster.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
- Customers can Refund or exchange item/s only when you have received a wrong or incomplete item.
- You may change to different product with same value, or higher.
- Exchanging it with an item that is lesser is not allowed.
- You can exchange to higher value but you need to Top up.
- Shipping cost will be shouldered by us in and out.
- You can only choose to use our rider for getting the packages in.
- Time & Limit: It can only be exchanged within 3 days of receipt date for an exchange of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item/s will be returned back to the customers.
- In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN and without scratches, with the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
- The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging.
- Modernò Official will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner.
- By the time the package have reached us it will be carefully inspected. Exchange request may either be approved or rejected.
- Exchange of items will start once the inspection has been done and the request for exchange has been approved.
- Once the item has been approved, you will receive an update from via IG DM/ E-mail about the new item.
- Do inform us of the item you wish to exchange it with.
- Return and refund requests may be rejected when the request is non-complaint with the policy. Please take note that the following are invalid return/refund reasons: 1. Change of mind: The buyer suddenly decides they don’t want/need the item received. 2. The product received does not meet the buyer expectations, but is exactly as described on the product page: The buyer FAILED to read the product description/ FAQs/ Terms & Conditions and is disappointed with the item.
